What do I need to do in order to get a refund?

I literally just created an account on Memrise, not intending on really using it, just to see what it’s like, and I accidentaly paid for an annual subscription not realizing it would automatically charge me, without asking for a credit card number or anything. I discovered that I should be able to get a refund if I request it within the next 30 days, especially since I didn’t use the app at all. I can’t afford this so I really need a refund ASAP. Who do I need to contact to help me with this? I found some posts here about situations similar to mine but all the links under the posts lead to an error page, so I’m guessing they’re outdated.
