Trying to get a refund, within 30 days of renewal period, memrise.com/premium/refunds not working. Please help me

Hello. My funds were debited by mistake. I don’t use the MemRise app. I didn’t turn off auto-renewal, so the payment was automatically debited. Please refund my money, I canceled my subscription. From this link https://app.memrise.com/premium/refunds/ I get a message: You have no reimbursed subscriptions. Please understand me, I beg you. My login: [dikuds@gmail.com], Username dikudsd617.
