Hello -
Thank you for you reply. Is this the same as the Latin American Spanish? We’re going to Mexico.

Hi,
There are a few. Here’s a basic Spanish/Castilian one that I’ve been doing:
Memrise
"An easy guide in holiday Spanish"
A useful set of vocabulary for a holiday in a Spanish speaking country. I hope you find this useful and use my other Spanish courses.
…and here’s a similar Spanish/Mexican one:
Memrise
Spanish on the go
This course covers basic situations that you would encounter in a Spanish speaking country.
All courses by Olivia Zavala are pretty good.

Hi @kirstie.palmer,
“Spanish on the Go” is Latin American Spanish. So that would be the one to go for. The other one I suggested is European Spanish, although there’s a lot of cross-over.
If you scroll down below the ‘official’ Memrise-produced courses, you’ll find lots of user-created Latin American courses here: https://www.memrise.com/courses/english/spanish-mexico/
As I mentioned, those bt Olivia Zavala are good quality one’s. Olivia now works for Memrise.
Hope this helps!
This is a delightful little course, has some great travel phrases:
Ok, great! I will check this one out. Thank you!
