Basically it assumes that ‘zum Mitnehmen’ corresponds to eating in. It should be the other way around.
I think it’s perfectly well the way it is - it’s simply that this is being said differently in German and English. You’ll often encounter such “twitches” in Memrise courses due to their teaching common expressions and figures of speech. In such cases it’s always a good idea to pay attention to the additional info resp. literal translation as seen in your example above.
