I bought one of the deals a year ago somewhere in January 2019, and somehow there is no notification when my charge will be made again (auto-renewal). It was auto-charged me today on January 10th, 2020 without any warning. I would really like a refund as soon as possible. I canceled my subscription already. Please help me :(((

I wrote to support, but you don’t want help me. I was charged yesterday for renewing my subscription to the pro version. I do not want to renew it. I unsubscribed from the extension, but I can’t refund the money, because the refund section is not active. In the application, I still have the pro version, but I unsubscribed in the menu.
Unfortunately we can’t locate any message with this username or email address. I have now DM’d you so you can send us the relevant information to investigate further.
