Refunds of memrise pleaseee :(

I bought one of the deals a year ago somewhere in November 2017, and somehow there is no notification when my charge will be made again (auto-renewal). It was auto-charged me today on August 8th, 2019 without any warning. I would really like a refund as soon as possible. I canceled my subscription already. Please help me :(((
