I was charged this morning for my subscription renewal - which is not wanted. When I try to create a refund ticket here: https://app.memrise.com/premium/refunds/ it says that:
You don’t have any subscriptions eligible for refund.
Refunds are only available within the first 30 days from your date of purchase.
Not sure why I see it as I was clearly charged this morning. Would appreciate your help.
