I bought a permanent service from Apple’s App Store on Nov. 28, and found that my learning progress was so fast that it would probably take only a year to complete yours. So I’d like to apply for a refund first, and then buy the annual service. I followed the instructions of the website to contact Apple App Store to apply for a refund, but they refuted my application many times and asked me to contact your company directly. I also wrote a lot of e-mails, but there was no response. please help me deal with it as soon as possible. after all, it is only valid for 30 days.
