Refund please!

Hi, I tried Memrise pro for a year and didnt realise it was a subscription based service. I’ve only seen seen the money leave my account@ user name “Keon_Viljoen” Email assigned: "keonviljoen@yahoo.co.uk"

I didn’t think the service would be reoccurring, and I don’t use it, as can be seen by my account history. The transaction came out of my account 18 days ago, but only recieved the statement today.

People seem to advice on talking to @MemriseMatty ?

Actually, I think maybe @alessioatmemrise might be taking care of this type of thing now? Hopefully either he or MemriseMatty drops by soon :slight_smile:

Hi, my wife had installed Memrise, and I was just billed for another year which has caused an overdraft in my bank account! I need to get a refund ASAP!!! It was made through paypal using the email I signed in with.
