I was charged annual subscription fee few hours back. I had cancelled my subscription. When I see my plan, it is still showing me the old one i.e. expire date 9th May 2019. I tried to get it refunded by going on refund page but it hasn’t given me any confirmation. @MemriseMatty Could you please help me with this refund issue? When I go on Memrise support page and send my issue through contact us, it just sends me a generalized mail without any way of communication.
It looks like your subscription was canceled before any funds reached us, meaning you were not charged.
