Refund for Memrise Pro

A few days ago I had subscribed to Memrise pro (3 month) subscription. The day later I have been trying to cancel it and get a refund but I am getting no reply despite sending a request. The features are not useuful for me and I would like a refund as soon as possible.

This was obviously planned for a long time during which time they have continued to accept subscribers.

They got our strong negative feedback on our plans and then the CEO posted a message saying basically they are going to ignore the feedback and do it anyway.
