I live in the US and the top part of the pages don’t load for me. Does anyone else have this problem? I notified the memrise staff and all they can tell me is to uninstall the app, restart my phone, and re-install the app. I have done this numerous times. Sometimes it helps for a few minutes but it always goes back to the pages not loading on the top part above the word I am learning.
Usually they want loads more information, like what version of the app you are using, what course(s) you use, what kind of phone etc. etc.
As this might be a bug, maybe it would be better to put it in that part of the forum, I really don’t think anyone from the memrise team will see this post in this forum, as it is meant as a place where people can introduce themselves and meet other people, not for bug reports.
