Memrise has paid and free subscriptions. If someone selects the paid subscribtion they will charge your credit card. But you can cancel in the first 30 days (except for the monthly subscription, because that is only 30 days).

Unfortunately we can’t locate any transaction on your profile. To help us look into this, can you please confirm which method of payment was used (Google Play, App Store/iTunes, PayPal, debit/credit card?), and provide us with a proof of purchase?

For PayPal:

  • email address you use for PayPal
  • transaction ID (it can be found in the receipt from PayPal)

For Google Play:

  • email address you use for Google Play
  • GPA. number (it can be found in the receipt from Google)

For Web payments (Credit/Debit card):

  • last four digits of your card
  • expiration date
  • cardholder’s name
  • amount
  • date of transaction
