Memrise support nonexistent

Is there a way to get a help from the memrise support team? I renewed my subscription days ago and it still wasn’t activated on my account, even though the money was taken. Tried contacting support from their site and their app. Either no answer at all after days or just some automatic answer full of useless stuff…
So is there a way THAT ACTUALLY WORKS to contact the HUMAN support team?

@MemriseSupport I’m experiencing the same thing. Is there anyway to reset it manually on your end? I’ve confirmed I’m signing in with the same email as the Apple ID used to renew the subscription, and tried logging out/back in, but still tells me I need to renew.

If not, might I suggest being able to manually reset on the admin side of your app? Also if this isn’t possible, I’d like to kindly ask for a refund of $59.99 so that I can either attempt renewing again (without having to shell out an additional $60 that I might not get back/might not work) or take it and join a different language learning app. I’ve loved using your app over the last year, but beginning to get quite frustrated with the lack of support and simply linking to the help articles, which have not provided any help. Appreciate you responding at your earliest convenience.
