In Learn with locals I can’t type any words after last update, they don’t appear and I can’t finish the exercise! Please fix asap
What platform are you on? Android? iOS? PC? As this problem could be fixed much easier if you let us know what you’re using.
I use Android. In playmarket I saw the same comment from other user so I’m not the only one who see this issue

I have the same problem. So far I encountered it with Mandarin Chinese I and French I.
I’m using the android app version 2.94_7266_memrise with pro subscription active. Reinstalling the app did not help.

I’m having the same problem. Doing Spanish I, when doing learning with locals where the video plays and you have to type what you hear them say, it just has the letter buttons and the video but nothing happens when you press the buttons.
This is on Android 8.0.0 with a Huawei P Smart
Any other exercises where you have to type are fine, it’s only broken on this type ( Learn with Locals)

My device is a Samsung Edge S7 running Android 8.0.0
I experienced this issue in both languages I tested: Japanese and Russian.

I’m having the same problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app hasn’t helped.

Same problem. I am learning french. I couldn’t type in videos (learning with native speakers). I have latest available at google play app version…

Interesting, can you please take a screenshot of your version number and a screenshot of the video screen.
The application version number is located inside the setting screen.
You’ll need to click the cog icon located in the You tab, then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you’ll see it.
