I need my refund

I am quite disappointed with memrise service. My current subscription was supposed to end today that is 20th June 2020 but you charged me on 19th June by auto renewing the subscription with out even my consent. I have already ended my subscription on 19th June so why have you charged me on 19th June when the current subscription was supposed to end on 20th June. Please refund my money. I am not even using this app for quite long time because of busy schedule.

Please note that for recurring subscriptions, Google can pre-authorise your form of payment up to 24 hours before your subscription or free trial is supposed to renew, but won’t actually charge you until the renewal date - https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2476088?hl=en

According to our records, the amount was authorised by Google, but you weren’t charged as the subscription had been cancelled before it could renew. If you see a pending transaction on your payment method, the amount will be reversed soon. For further details regarding this, we advise getting in touch with Google Play directly.
