I have posted several topics on bug report forum and submitted 2 support tickets regarding broken Spanish 1 course (dead words that can’t be resolved and review sessions lasting for only three words) - all of them are ignored by Memrise support. Are there any other channels I can use to resolve my issues, or do I have to spam support tickets until it gets noticed?
The idea is to post your query to the course’s own thread here. Assuming that your Spanish course is the official EN-ES course by Memrise itself, this would be this thread: [Course Forum] Spanish 1 to 7 by Memrise)
If that’s wrong, search the forum for “[Course Forum] name of the course”.
