Help with a refund, link isn't working!

I purchased an annual subscription this week and now I need to cancel my subscription. I want to take advantage of the 30-day money-back guarantee, but this link:

brings me to a blank page. Please help!

By the way, do their staff work recently? I wrote countless emails and posts asking for a refund, but received no response.

Update: Today the link worked and I was able to send my refund request. I never heard from Memrise support, the link just worked all of a sudden.

Hello, I don’t think you have solved my problem at all. you only told me that I had to contact Apple, but I said I had contacted Apple many times, and they all told me they couldn’t deal with my problem. Apple made it clear that I could only contact suppliers, and then you told me that I could only contact Apple. What are you doing?

We’re sorry to hear Apple has rejected your refund.

As confirmed in our DM, please note that all purchases made via Apple are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple iTunes, therefore Apple is in charge of issuing your refund.

As confirmed in our Terms of Use:

We will not be able to refund you, if you have paid the Fees using any third-party scripts or products that anonymise personal payment details, including but not limited to, Apple App Store payments. In this instance, you will need to contact the relevant third-party directly.

Unfortunately if Apple rejected your refund request, there’s nothing we can do, as there is no way for Memrise to locate your purchase and reimburse you (Apple do not allow developers to access the payments and refunds system) .

For further assistance, we advise contacting Apple again or your bank/payment provider directly.

I bought a permanent service from Apple’s App Store on Nov. 28, and found that my learning progress was so fast that it would probably take only a year to complete yours. So I’d like to apply for a refund first, and then buy the annual service. I followed the instructions of the website to contact Apple App Store to apply for a refund, but they refuted my application many times and asked me to contact your company directly. I also wrote a lot of e-mails, but there was no response. please help me deal with it as soon as possible. after all, it is only valid for 30 days.
