Error Everytime I Try to Open the Stats Page

Hello everyone! I have a Memrise Pro account but in the last two or three weeks I have not been able to check my learning statistics. Every time I click the link to see my learning statistics, I get this page. It was really nice to see how much time I have been spending on Memrise for the past 365 days. I want to see the stats page again. Please help me, thank you!

It’s working fine here, both with Chrome and Firefox. Can you assist, @MemriseSupport?

To help MemriseSupport find your problem, could you inform the browser and operating system you are using?
I tested the “learning statistics” page with Chrome, Firefox and Edge (with Windows 10), and it’s working normally.

Hello Mila, thank you for your response. I used Google Chrome and Safari on Mac and got this result. I also tried Google Chrome on a Windows PC (a different laptop) and got the same result. Since you said it’s working fine for you, I’m thinking this might be an account issue. Can you take a look at my account?
