Billing problem with memrise over annual pro membership

I paid for an annual pro membership on Jan 9, 2019, and everything was great until the move to Decks. Now, when I log into the account I get constant ads to upgrade on both Memrise & Decks and neither profiles show that I have a pro membership. I’ve made several attempts to rectify this and nothing has stuck.
Logging out and back in helped the first time I tried it but after that, I’m back to ad pop-ups and no indication that I have a pro membership on either of my profiles.

Please help me resolve this.
