Audio/videos not playing in lessons once subscribed

Description of the issue
No error message. Did two lessons without issue. Then subscribed and went to do another lesson. Now, videos and recordings aren’t playing. I didn’t close browser or change any settings. At that point I tried a different lesson and had the same problem. I tried googling to see if was a settings issue. My browser is set to allow javascript and to autoplay for this site (though autoplay isn’t an issue…even clicking on the play button does nothing)
